Booking Rules

  • Complimentary 30 minute set up time prior to event start - only party parents and children are allowed in

  • Party parents sign waiver for all attendees

  • all guests must wear socks to enter the play area 

  • to ensure everyone's safety, children will be required to have their parents supervise them for the entire duration of the party

  • $200 non refundable deposit required to hold the date

  • Cancellation must be made 3 week prior to the event for full refund. 

  • All prices are subject to NYS tax & 20% Administrative fee 

  • Gratuity not included but customary.

  • Party can bring in any food and drinks of their choice

  • Children from 9 months to 7 years old are counted as guests

  • Clean up time included in party time as 20 minutes prior to events end

  • 2 hour is the maximum time for parties
